"... today, I was driving in on the Santa Monica freeway, and happen to see the person in front of me, litter, dropping some, looked like a wrapping from a cigarette package that he had just opened, and thrown out the window into my windshield and everyone behind me, for the next few years, so, he happened to pull over one lane, and gave me an opportunity to pull up along side him, to give me the opportunity to give him a really dirty look, you know, I mean, what else can you do?  just try to get his eyes, and contact that, and just glare for a moment, sadly, even though I pulled up along side him, and his car window was open, I could not make eye contact, why?  Because in one hand, he had a cigarette, that was in the right hand, in the left hand, up to his ear, with the telephone, and was just too wrapped up on that non-hands-free phone call to even know that I was glaring ..."
